Client Leadership: Oversee the full digital ecosystem for McDonald’s across Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ukraine, covering websites, microsites, mobile apps, games, campaign integrations, CRM, loyalty programs, coupon strategies, and digital sales support.
Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team spanning project management, development, data, and social media, fostering collaboration and innovation.

In SP, I Ran the delivery side of the agency’s accounts, acting as the link between client demands and our creative output. My main job was ensuring we produced great work on time and on budget, without burning out the team.
Global Accounts: Managed the day-to-day reality of global projects for Bata and Wimbledon. This involved coordinating work across different markets and ensuring that what we built worked everywhere, not just in a slide deck.
Client Portfolio: Handled a mix of industries, juggling the strict regulations of finance clients (mBank, Provident) with the creative demands of consumer brands (Volvo, Lindt) and corporate giants (Total).
The Team: Led the project management team & Social Media team. I focused on removing blockers, simplifying processes, and making sure the designers and developers had clear briefs so they could do their best work.
Results: Kept projects profitable and clients calm. I was the escalation point when things got complicated, finding solutions that protected the agency’s margins while satisfying the client.
The Swimming Pool brand has been ended after six years in the business by the hammer of the WPP corporate - shortly after Y&R became VMLY&R and after that VML only, SP name was consumed together with other sister companies, add covid in the mix, thin marketing budgets ... and that is the long story how I got to DDB.
Project Leadership: Delivered multiple digital initiatives end-to-end, balancing client briefs, budgets, and timelines.
Strategic Oversight: Managed project estimation, risk analysis, resourcing, milestones, and financial reconciliation.
Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Coordinated analysis, UX, creative, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery.
