01/2021 - Present - Head of Digital at DDB Prague
Leading the digital transformation of one of the largest creative agencies in the Czech market, managing a team of 10 specialists (project managers, developers, data analyst, social media managers). Responsible for delivering end-to-end digital strategies, platforms, and content for top global and local brands.

Client Leadership: Oversee the full digital ecosystem for McDonald’s across Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Ukraine, covering websites, microsites, mobile apps, games, campaign integrations, CRM, loyalty programs, coupon strategies, and digital sales support.

Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team spanning project management, development, data, and social media, fostering collaboration and innovation.

Cross-Industry Expertise: Directed digital projects for a wide range of brands, including McDonald’s Charity, Vega Tour, Komerční banka, České dráhy, Rossmann, and DeLonghi, delivering platforms, campaign content, and social media management.

01/2015 - 12/2020 Project Director at Swimming Pool agency at VMLY&R Prague
With four colleagues, we left Havas and started a little boutique agency under the wings of Young & Rubicam ... the Swimming Pool Agency. And we started the agency with a big splash ... literally 🙂

In SP, I Ran the delivery side of the agency’s accounts, acting as the link between client demands and our creative output. My main job was ensuring we produced great work on time and on budget, without burning out the team.

Global Accounts: Managed the day-to-day reality of global projects for Bata and Wimbledon. This involved coordinating work across different markets and ensuring that what we built worked everywhere, not just in a slide deck.

Client Portfolio: Handled a mix of industries, juggling the strict regulations of finance clients (mBank, Provident) with the creative demands of consumer brands (Volvo, Lindt) and corporate giants (Total).

The Team: Led the project management team & Social Media team. I focused on removing blockers, simplifying processes, and making sure the designers and developers had clear briefs so they could do their best work.

Results: Kept projects profitable and clients calm. I was the escalation point when things got complicated, finding solutions that protected the agency’s margins while satisfying the client.

The Swimming Pool brand has been ended after six years in the business by the hammer of the WPP corporate - shortly after Y&R became VMLY&R and after that VML only, SP name was consumed together with other sister companies, add covid in the mix, thin marketing budgets ... and that is the long story how I got to DDB.

Managed end-to-end delivery of complex digital projects for major clients including Volksbank, Hyundai, Makro, and Dermacol. Oversaw project scoping, budgeting, timelines, and quality assurance to ensure on-time and on-budget execution. Collaborated closely with UX designers, developers, and creative teams to translate client goals into functional and visually engaging digital solutions. Acted as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and ensuring business objectives were met with measurable results.
01/2009 - 08/2011 Digital Project Manager at Media Factory
Worked there as a digital project manager, leading projects for both corporate and hospitality clients. Managed the full development lifecycle for Hypoteční banka, including several iterations of its corporate website, interactive mortgage calculators, and a pioneering online mortgage tool — one of the first of its kind on the Czech market. Collaborated with creative, UX, and technical teams to deliver high-performing digital solutions. Additional clients included Alcron Hotel, HSBC Bank, Czech Post, and Active24, where I oversaw website launches, digital campaigns, and performance improvements
03/2007 - 12/2008 Project Manager & Business Analyst at Summit Media
Started as a Business Analyst in a leading British performance marketing agency, supporting data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization for key clients. Gradually transitioned into project management, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver digital and PPC performance projects with measurable business outcomes. Developed a strong foundation in analytics, process efficiency, and client communication — skills that later shaped my leadership approach in managing complex digital ecosystems.
